One of the hallmarks of CSB Ministries is the strength of the leaders who are involved in the programs across Canada. That’s because we take the role of the leader seriously! It is an incredible privilege for a leader to be used by God by investing in the lives of the boys and other men in their group.

The strength of CSB’s programs lies in the relationships built between the leaders and the boys. These relationships become “the glue of truth” as God’s Word is communicated and lived out in games, activities, outings, Bible stories, and sharing times.
